Upon your arrival to Passages Malibu, our nurses will help you get checked in and assess your detox needs. Your medical doctor will then design a customized detox program made specifically for you. During your detox you will be personally attended to by a team of nurses as your body rids itself of toxic, addictive substances.

Passages offers a safe detox program that is customized to meet your needs. Your detox length will depend upon the drug(s) you are detoxing from. Typically, detox lasts from two to seven days, with some being longer. Your detox will only use medications proven to keep you safe during detox. Your doctor will also review your medical history and any allergies you may have to prevent complications. Each detox suite is comfortable, and most of them have ocean views. You will have a nurse 24 hours a day to insure your needs are met quickly and professionally.

2) Is your detox program safe?

Detox is never completely risk-free, however we will go to great lengths to ensure your safety and well-being during detox. Your nursing and medical team will be with you every step of the way, as well as the rest of the team at Passages Malibu.
